Please note that perfumes and cosmetics of proper quality are not subject to return and exchange, according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19.01.1998. N° 55. Thus, only products of inadequate quality are subject to return. Products of inadequate quality must be replaced with a similar one, and if there is no possibility of replacement, the cost of the products will be refunded to the buyer. The refund is made only to the same bank card with which the order was paid.
